Anyone can request an Absent Voter Application.

Absent Voter Ballots are available for all elections.

ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUESTS (complete form to print and mail to the Township Clerk)
Voters can apply for an Absent Voter Ballot for the February 27, 2024 Election starting 75 days before Election Day.
Check back on December 14, 2023.

You may also mail or fax the Clerk your request in letter form which must include your name, registered address, mailing address (if different than registered address),  your signature, and the date of your request.

You may request in writing to be added to a permanent absent voter application list. Once on the list, an application will automatically be mailed to you for each election, unless a dual application is used (such as a Primary and General Election within the same year).

Voter Tips for Returning Absentee Ballots by Mail

Please Note - PA 523 of 2012 requires that voters requesting an AV ballot in person must present identification or sign the Affidavit of Voter Not in Possession of Picture Identification form when obtaining an absentee ballot in person.
